Chapter Zen Remix
What happens when we return to the peace we spent a lifetime searching for, only to discover that peace was never about finding the perfect ending, but learning to embrace the beauty of an unfinished story? Chapter Zen Remix is a deeply introspective, spiritually reflective, and emotionally transformative reimagining of acceptance, inner peace, self-compassion, and the extraordinary freedom of learning to exist without constantly needing to become something more. A Complex Healing Journey (ACHJ) revisits the defining themes of Chapter Zen, transforming familiar musical experiences into new interpretations that reflect an evolving understanding of healing, identity, mindfulness, and the delicate balance between surrender and growth. If Chapter Zen was about discovering that peace does not require perfection, Chapter Zen Remix explores what happens when we begin to trust that peace enough to live within it. Donkey Boy - The Prologue
Donkey Boy: The Prologue By Jason Koelliker Before he could explain what was happening inside him, he knew how to tell when a room was about to change. A voice tightening. Footsteps in the hallway. The silence after a bad play on television. These were things he learned to notice—and answer—before anyone had to ask. The habits travel with him. Across classrooms, kitchens, relationships, and years, he becomes the provider, the peacemaker, the person ready to push back. He can recognize someone else’s hurt and sit beside it. Recognizing his own is harder. Writing offers somewhere to pu…

Innocence Wrapped in Cellophane
TikTok post — 2025-11-06 My wounded inner child is never as safe as we are programmed to believe through our delusions of safety. Self medicating exposes him in ways that we can never see or stop. One critical step on the journey is to regulate your medication. #cptsd #therapyart #partstherapy #complextrauma #healing

What I Thought Healing Meant
That work has also asked something difficult of me: accountability. I have to look at the ways fear has entered my reactions. I have to notice when I am preparing a defense before I have understood what someone is saying. I have to consider how my pain may have affected people I love, even when hurting them was the furthest thing from my intention. My history helps me understand those moments. I still have responsibility for what I do with them.
