5. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads, music, ebooks, videos, or software licenses once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, A COMPLEX HEALING JOURNEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property.
11. California Residents

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
